I accept returns within 30 days after receipt of the item. No reason needs to be given, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item. You have also the right to cancel your order within this timeframe.
You are responsible for the delivery cost (please use service with recorded delivery) and I will refund you the full amount paid.
Made to order items (including rings in US, UK or EU sizes) are no exception
Changes to made to order items (different stones, different width, metal etc.) are considered to be a custom order.
Custom orders are not eligible for a full return. But if the item is not personalized, I will accept the return and charge a restocking fee of 30% – 50% of the item price. Shipping both ways is the buyer’s responsibility.
For items not as described or otherwise faulty I will accept returns and pay for shipping both ways (for all types of items including customs orders). You won’t be charged if I make a mistake.

International returns must be marked as “goods returned to seller” on the customs declaration form.
Resizing and exchanges
I offer resizing for most of my rings.
But please be sure that you order the right size (taking into account the width of the ring). I usually ask for a small fee only for resizing work, but shipping both ways may be expensive (mainly for international orders).
You can also exchange the ring for a different size – return the ring and buy a new one in a different size (this doesn’t apply to custom orders). This way there is no fee (only shipping both ways), but the new order is placed with a standard turnaround time.

I also accept requests for repairs of my items. When there is something wrong with the quality and it is my mistake, I will solve it with no additional cost to you.
