I accept payments via Paypal (you can pay with your PayPal account or with credit/debit card).
All prices are final and shipping cost is displayed separately. I list my items priced in GBP, which means their prices fluctuate depending on exchange rates.
All prices are including VAT for customers within EU VAT area.
Most of rings offered are made to order. Usual turnaround time is 3 – 5 weeks. I always try to make rings as soon as possible.
Rush orders may be possible, but it depends on availability of material needed, time of the year and amount of orders in queue. Please contact me if you are interested or if you have any concerns about your deadline.
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for or Special Delivery.
Estimated shipping time for 1st Class is 1 – 2 days, for Special Delivery it is one day with delivery guaranteed by 1pm.
Both methods require signature on delivery.
UK shipping and handling price: FREE
Standard service for international shipping is Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. This method includes tracking and require signature on delivery.
Europe: 3 – 6 days
Rest of the world: 1 – 2 weeks, rarely up to 4 weeks
Standard shipping times depend on time of the year, weather and custom delays, which means they can’t be guaranteed.
For guaranteed shipping time and faster delivery choose express shipping.
UPS Express Saver, Parcelforce Worldwide or other courier services are used for express shipping. Delivery time is 2 days for Europe and 2-4 days for rest of the world.
International standard shipping: FREE
International express shipping: £20
Lost or damaged shipments
Please contact me if your order doesn’t arrive in estimated shipping time. I consider packages lost after 2 weeks (UK) or 6 weeks (international). I am fully responsible for lost packages, your order will be cancelled and refunded or replacement will be sent.
Please contact me immediately after receiving damaged package with photos of the damage and packaging. I will resolve the issue as soon as possible with refund or replacement.
Customs duties and import fees
International (non-EU) buyers, please note that I am not responsible for any customs duties, import fees, import taxes or customs brokerage fees charged on delivery.
I accept returns within 30 days after receipt of the item. No reason needs to be given, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item. You have also right to cancel your order within this timeframe.
You are responsible for delivery cost (please use service with recorded delivery) and I will refund you full amount paid.
Made to order items (including rings in US, UK or EU sizes) are no exception
Changes on made to order items (different stones, different width, metal etc.) are considered to be custom order.
Custom orders are not eligible for full return. But if the item is not personalized, I will accept the return and charge restocking fee 10% – 30% of item price. Shipping both ways is buyer’s responsibility.
For items not as described or otherwise faulty I will accept return and pay for shipping both ways (for all types of items including customs order). You won’t be charged if I make mistake.
Please contact me if you want to arrange return or request cancellation.
International returns must be marked as “goods returned to seller” on customs declaration form.
Resizing and exchanges
I offer resizing for most of my rings.
But please be sure that you order right size (taking in account width of the ring). I usually ask for small fee only for resizing work, but shipping both ways may be expensive (mainly for international orders).
You can also exchange the ring for different size – return the ring and buy new one in different size (this doesn’t apply to custom orders). This way there is no fee (only shipping both ways), but the new order is placed with standard turnaround time.
If you have any concerns about ring sizing, please contact me. I can send you a free ring sizer (UK only).
I also accept requests for repairs of my items. When there is something wrong with quality and it is my mistake, I will solve it with no additional costs to you.
